Terms of Service

The rules, conditions, disclaimers, and usage limits that apply when you access 9Tracking and use our shipment tracking, content, and support services.

Last updated: April 17, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 9Tracking website, tracking tools, content pages, support features, and related services available through 9tracking.com (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

You may use the Services only if you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. If you use the Services on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of the Services

9Tracking provides shipment tracking search tools, courier reference pages, blog and help content, links to official carrier resources, contact and support channels, and related website features. Tracking results are compiled from third-party logistics or carrier data sources and may include normalized milestone labels, estimated delivery information, carrier references, and external tracking links.

3. Informational Nature of Tracking Results

Tracking data presented through the Services is provided for general informational convenience only. Shipment events, statuses, timestamps, locations, estimated delivery dates, and carrier handoff information may be delayed, incomplete, translated, normalized, or inaccurate because they depend on third-party sources outside our control.

9Tracking is not a carrier, freight forwarder, postal operator, customs broker, warehouse provider, or delivery company. We do not physically handle parcels and we do not guarantee delivery, delivery speed, package condition, tracking completeness, or the accuracy of any carrier-provided event.

4. No Professional, Legal, or Customs Advice

The Services do not provide legal, customs, tax, insurance, logistics, or commercial advice. Blog posts, FAQ entries, carrier guides, and status explanations are general reference materials only and should not be relied on as a substitute for direct carrier guidance, legal advice, or official government requirements.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services. Without limitation, you must not: interfere with or disrupt the Services; scrape or systematically extract data except as permitted by law and our written authorization; attempt unauthorized access to the website, servers, or related systems; submit malicious code; use automated methods that unreasonably burden the infrastructure; use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading purposes; or attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions.

6. User Submissions and Communications

If you send us a message, support request, business inquiry, or other submission, you are responsible for the content you provide. You agree not to submit unlawful, harmful, infringing, defamatory, confidential without authorization, or otherwise inappropriate material. We may use your submission to respond to your request, improve support workflows, maintain service quality, and protect the Services.

7. Third-Party Services and External Links

The Services rely on and may link to third-party tracking providers, carrier systems, official courier websites, WordPress plugins, hosting infrastructure, email systems, or other external services. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, content, accuracy, security, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

8. Intellectual Property

Except for third-party marks, logos, and materials that belong to their respective owners, the Services and their original content, design, layout, copy, software components, and branding are owned by 9Tracking or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Services or any intellectual property rights except for the limited right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

9. Limited License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for lawful personal or internal business use. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services except as expressly permitted by us in writing or by applicable law.

10. Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, current, or error-free. Features, supported carriers, data sources, content sections, and technical behavior may change over time.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, title, accuracy, availability, reliability, and quiet enjoyment.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 9Tracking and its operators, affiliates, licensors, service providers, and personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, business, goodwill, data, shipments, or opportunities arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us, if any, for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the event, or USD 50.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 9Tracking and its operators, affiliates, service providers, and personnel from and against claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the Services or other users, or if suspension is necessary for security, legal, or operational reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnification, and governing law provisions.

15. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information. By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in that policy.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to applicable law, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless another forum is required by mandatory consumer law.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page. Revised Terms become effective when posted unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Contact Us
