Tracking updates depend on carrier scans at each handoff. International shipments may pause for several days while they wait for export, airline loading, customs, or last-mile injection. If there has been no movement for more than 10 to 14 days, contact the sender first to confirm the parcel was dispatched correctly.
Que signifie customs clearance completed ?
This means the shipment has passed customs review in the destination country and is usually handed to a domestic delivery partner for final delivery. The next scan may come from your local postal operator instead of the original carrier.
